What’s your return policy?
All new products generally have a 30 day return period. Warranty periods depend on the manufacture and generally very from 90 days to 1 year. Some manufacture warranty periods on individual computer hardware parts last longer than 1 year. Our labor warranty matches manufacture's warranty up to 1 year. Any return shipping costs to process a manufacture warranty will be passed onto you, the customer, without any mark-up.
Items that we sell used or refurbished will have either a 30 or 90 day warranty.
